Project Details
Noades Architect were approached by the new owner of the landmark old bank building opposite Chorleywood Station. The building had been used as office accommodation for several decades, and we helped navigate the conversion to a new fine dining Indian restaurant.
From day one we advised on the scope of the building work, the general layout of the restaurant including the feature helical staircase, as well as the planning process.
During the construction stage we continued our involvement including Building Regulations compliance and the technical aspects of the build, including coordination of interior design, kitchen supply, electrical and heating and ventilation specialist consultants.
