Planning permission was obtained for a sensitive re-modelling of this three bedroom house in a conservation area on the outskirts of Gerrards Cross.
The existing house was opened up at ground floor and a new open staircase was designed from ground level to the loft to give access to a new study area at second floor.
A new master en-suite bedroom was added at first floor with vaulted ceilings and extensive built in storage. This involved the loss of the existing smallest bedroom, which also allowed the family bathroom to be enlarged.
