Project Details
We were tasked with extending and refurbishing the client’s early1990’s house in a Croxley GreenConservation Area. A redundant conservatory was removed, and an orangery extension was added. A new master bedroom suite was added above the existing garage.
The layout of the house was altered to give a large kitchen/dining area better suited to modern living. A new study and family room were formed, and the circulation areas were improved. The creaky floors and staircase were upgraded.
We were deeply involved in the choice of finishes and fixtures, working closely with bathroom and kitchen suppliers to ensure a high quality end product.
