Our clients bought this house in Chorleywood Station Conservation Area with the intention of extending and remodelling throughout.
We obtained a planning approval for a front, side and rear extension. From the front the new building is in keeping with the Edwardian House. The rear extension is more modern with a large glazed corner to make the most of the stunning views.
