South East London Kitchen Extension

This terraced house in Ladywell South East London has had a new kitchen side/rear extension and re-modelling of the ground floor.

The circulation has been reconfigured to link the new kitchen/dining area directly to the living room at the front of the house and a new utility room and WC was added in the centre of the house. The rear and side return extension maximises the space available and brings light into the middle of the house.

Noades Architects worked with the client to develop a design that met their requirements and achieved a planning consent for the work.
