SE 14 Basement Refurbishment

The basement of this 4 bedroom family house had been used as a store and a laundry room. The cbrief fromn the client was to transform this space into a self-contained guest suite, while maintaining areas of storage for the main house.

A new floor was laid, insulation added to the walls and acoustic insulation to the ceiling. A new bathroom and kitchen were built and new electrics and plumbing installed throughout.

Noades architects were involved throughtout the project from concept to completion on site.
