Project Details
Our client wanted to extend their family home to gain an en-suite bedroom and reorganise the ground floor to include open-plan living and a utility room.
We suggested extending towards the front as well as the side and managed to persuade the Planning Authority that, despite their default position of refusing two-storey front extensions, this was the most appropriate design in this instance.
The house has been redesigned around a new central staircase with a roof light bringing light into the heart of the house.
