The house is tucked behind Walthamstow Central station and had only had two previous owners since its construction in the late 19th century. Our clients purchased the house in late 2016 and appointed Noades Architects to totally re-design their new home.​

The ground floor has been extended to give a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area and a new wc and utility room have been formed in the middle of the floor plan. At first floor the bathroom has been enlarged and a new staircase has been built in a spacious landing area, leading up to a new master en-suite bedroom in a loft extension.

Noades Architects have worked on the project from the time the client purchased the property through to the completion of the building, working on all aspects of the project from concept design, through planning and building regulations approval and then working with the contractor on site.
